How to view the sales & cogs report (customized report)

1. Go to sales module and click on the Sales and Cogs Report tab.

2. Here you can see all the invoice details as in accounting module and along with that it will show the total sales, total cost and gross profit percentage.

3. In order to view the total sales in the report a configuration has to be done;

1.  Dill down into an invoice
2. Go to journal items tab
3. Click on the sales account
4. Open: Journal Items will pop up click on the account
5. Now check on Use for Sale Calculation In Cogs Report

4. In order to view the total costs in the report a configuration has to be done;

1.  Dill down into an invoice
2. Go to journal items tab
3. Click on the COGS account
4. Open: Journal Items will pop up click on the account
5. Now check on Use for Cost Calculation In Cogs Report
