How to archive old dealer details

In order to archive old dealer contact,

1. Go to Contacts Module in Odoo.

2. Search for the contact you need to archive, and click on it

3. Click on Action and Archive. Then a confirmation message will pop up click Archive and Confirm.

4. Once you Archive, the particular contact will be labeled as Archived.

Once a contact is archived you will be still able to view the details of the contact, but you will be not able to use that contact for future purposes.
