How to setup the approval route & create PO Teams

This is the basic configuration required for PO approval process. 


1. Once you have installed the application you will have the following additional feature in Purchase module settings 


2. You can choose any of the above routes upon your requirements 
* No - approval cycle functionality disabled.

* Optional - PO approval workflow can be used based on initiator (Purchase Representative) choice.

* Required - purchase approval cycle is required. It means the user should select Purchase Team to create RFQ.


3. Once you have selected the route you can navigate to the Purchase module to create and apply the approval process. 

4. Here in the Purchase module, Under the configuration you can select the “PO Teams” 




​5. Click “Create” to create a new Purchase team 

  1. Provide a name for the Purchase team.
  2. Assign a leader for the Purchase team.
  3. Select the company.
  4. Tick/untick the lock total check box.
  5. Add a line and select the approver.
  6. Name the role/ position.
  7. Allocate the Minimum & maximum amount if available
  8. If you need to lock/ unlock a specific approver you can tick/untick
  9. Add a custom condition if required
