How to Update Contact details & Bank details for Service Stations
To update Contacts for Service Stations,
1. Go to Contacts Module
2. Click on New
3. Enter the required details of the New service station such as Name, Address, Phone, Email, Customer type and add the Tags field as Service Station. Then Save.
4. To add an additional contact, Go to the contacts & address tab and click Add and then fill in the required details. Once you have created it go in to the contact and add the Tags as Service Station for the new contact. Then click save.
5. In order to add a sub contact under a Service station, Click New in Contacts and check Individual, enter the contact's name, Select the Parent company name under which you need to create this contact (Eg: Mobil StationAra), and select Tags as Service Station. Then Save.
6. To add bank account details for a service station, Go to Configuration Tab in Contacts module and select Bank accounts.
7. Click New.
8. Enter the required bank details and save.
9. If the Service Station have multiple bank accounts Click new and enter the details of it and save. Please make sure to select the correct Account Holder from this list.
