How to create a PO after setting up the application (user level)
This topic covers how a user will see the approval process
01. To create a PO we have to use Purchase module
02. The dashboard of the purchase module will be having an additional column with statuses.
A. Purchase order - RFQ has been approved by all approvers
B. To approve - RFQ yet to be approved
C. RFQ - RFQ yet to be confirmed (haven't sent for approval)
03. Now lets click "Create" for a new RFQ
04. Update all the required details & select the appropriate PO team by clicking the drop down arrow
05. Then click "Confirm",
06. Once you click confirm RFQ will be sent for approval, and stage will be changed to "To approve"
07. Under the "Approval Route" tab you can view the required approvals and the status
08. Once a RFQ is confirmed a log note will be created mentioning the approval requirements and an email will be sent for the approver who needs to approve the PO. (additional followers also can be added here to receive emails)
Please note email will include the link for PO
09. If we try to edit a PO which has configured with "Lock confirmed orders", there will be an error message preventing the editing.
10. Only The current approver will have a button to approve the PO
11. If RFQ got fully approved, stage will be changed to Purchase order
