Transferring products from QC location to bins

1. Navigate to Ventor Pro App.

2. Click on “Warehouse Operations” under applications. 

3.  Under the warehouse operations module, the head office warehouse will be available with sections “receipts, Internal Transfers, Pick, Delivery Orders, Returns and PoS Orders.

4. Click on “Internal Transfers”.

Note : List of Internal transfers related to stock in a certain location and should be moved to the destination location will appear. 

5. Click on the internal transfer that is required to moved from the QC location to the relevant product bin. The transfer can be searched base on PO number.

a. Scan the Barcode of the destination location.

b. Once the barcode is scanned “Name of Destination Location” will be available.

c. Click on the pen icon under “Lot/Serial Number. 

d. Select the “Lot/Serial Number” that you are currently moving.

e. Add the required  quantity and click on “Apply Quantity”

Note: Once completed, you would see that the stock has been moved from the input location to the required bin location.

6. Click on drop down as “Status”

7. Click on “Done”.

8. You will be able to see that the transfer has been completed.
