Partial refunding of the order

1. Navigate to Shopify > Orders and choose the sales order that will be partially refunded

2. Indicate the quantity and Reason for Refund and tick if you want to Restock Item then click on Refund

3. Navigate to Odoo > Shopify > Sales > Orders and choose the sales order to partially refund

4. Click on Invoices > Add Credit Note to process the partial refund

5. Click on Confirm > Register Payment > Refund in Shopify > choose Restock Type as Cancel > put a Note > Refund in Shopify and the payment will be refunded to the payment gateway the customer used for this order

Partial returning of the order

1. Navigate to Shopify > Sales > Orders and choose the sales order to be partially returned

2. Go to Delivery and choose the delivery order operation that has been done

5. Click on Return > remove the product that will not be returned > choose the Return Location > Return

6. . Click on Set Quantities > Validate
