1. Orders from Shopify would come into Odoo as a confirmed sales order. The delivery will be creating upon the Shopify order creation in Odoo.

The delivery tab would show the number 2, for the two steps:

1. Pick the product in the warehouse

2. Ship the product to the customer

2. The warehouse member would pick the product, select the correct quantities picked and validate the pick operation.

3. Once pick is validated, the order will be pushed to StarshipIt to the New section.

4. Next you can print labels from StarshipIt. Select the order then click on Print Shipping Labels

5. The order will be moved from the New > Printed

6. Next, the order will have to be moved to shipped once the order has been courier has picked up the order.

7. The order will be moved from Printed > Shipped once manifested.

8. Once the order has been shipped, the tracking reference and courier will be pushed back to Odoo every 10 mins, using a cron. This information can be found in the second transfer, of the sales order.

9. However, this information can also be brought to Odoo manually by clicking on the Tracking Status button.

10. Once the tracking details have been written back to Odoo, the transfer would be validated automatically, using an automated action. Next, the Shopify order will be marked as fulfilled and the tracking details will be added into the order in Shopify.
