Return-Exchange Process

1. When the customer wants to return an item in exchange for a new item, click on Refund and search the order’s information by typing the receipt number, date, customer’s name, or total amount



2. Click on the order and choose the item to be returned then click on Change Location to choose where you will return the item. In this example, you will just return it to your retail store location.



3. Type in the Qty to be refunded then click on OK


4. Click on Refund

5. Scan the item/s to be exchanged with


6. Click on Payment

7. Choose the payment method and settle the order (if less than that, return the cash; if more than that, the customer has to pay the extra)


8. Click Validate

9. Click on Print Receipt or send it depending on the client’s preference.



Note:  If the customer is a Vapo Member, in Yotpo, it will automatically revert back the points earned for the returned order and earn points for the new order/exchange.
