Cancelling and Deleting a Sales Order
1. Navigate to Sales > Orders > Orders
2. Open the specific sales order you want to cancel or delete.
3. Click on Cancel to just cancel the sales order. Click on the Send and Cancel button to send the mail to the customer informing them about the order cancellation.
4. Click on Action > Delete to delete the canceled sales order
