Returning Damaged Item

1. When the customer wants to return an item in exchange for a new item, click on Refund and search the order’s information by typing the receipt number, date, customer’s name, or total amount



2. Click on the order and choose the item to be returned then click on Change Location to choose where you will return the item. In this example, you will just return it to your faulty warehouse since the item is deemed damaged or faulty.



3. Type in the Qty to be refunded then click on OK



4. Click on Refund
