Printing the Purchase Order

1. Select the purchase order you need to print - whether the Vapo - Purchase Order or the Request for Quotation

2. The PDF version of the document will then be printed

Sending a Purchase Order

Once you have created the purchase order, you can follow the below steps to email it.

1. Go to Purchase > Orders > Purchase Orders 

2. Select the purchase order you wish to email

3. Click on Send PO by Email

4. Select the email addresses of the Recipients on the screen that follows

5. By default, the vendor's email address will be selected as a Follower. Make sure to check the Followers and remove any Followers that you don't want to be a Recipient of the email.



6. Click Send
