Creating Sales Order for Customer with an Overdue Amount/Above the Credit Limit

For this example, let's use this customer:



When creating a sales order for this customer, 

If the total amount is exceeding the credit limit it will show in the sales order.




Note: Total Overdue amount is calculated by adding the Sales Order Total (10,925.00) + Total Receivable (1,162.60)


Checking the Over Due Amount

1. Open the customer contact card by navigating to Sales > Orders > Customers

2. Click on the Due tab



3. From here, you will be able to see the total due and total overdue amounts
