1. Navigate to Shopify > Sales > Quotations and choose the sales quotation you have to check

2. Check the quotation if it has enough stocks. If the icon is green, it means the item is available. Click on Confirm afterward.

3. If the icon is red, it means the item is unavailable. Click on Cancel > Set to Quotation > then delete the unavailable items in the sales orders by clicking the trash bin icon.

4. Click on Create Invoice > Regular Invoice > Create and View Invoice

5. Click on Delivery then confirm picking slip and delivery order
