1. Click on Customer

2. Navigate to Search Customers and look for the customer details

3. The current Vapoints will appear and the customer has to decide how many points to redeem

4. Scan the products the customer will buy and click on Redeem Vapoints and enter the points to be redeemed

5. The total amount of the order will now be then deducted due to the redemption of points
