How to view reports - AR/AP & Partner Ledger
Aged Receivable Report
An aged receivable report is a financial document that shows a company’s current accounts receivable and the amount of time the customer has owed money to the company. The report is typically broken down into 30-day increments, with totals along the right-hand side and the bottom that show you how much money is due to you from each customer and how much is due in each 30-day period, respectively.
1. To run your Aged Receivable report, go to Accounting > Reporting > Aged Receivable
2. After clicking on the Aged Receivables Report, you will see this page. It will show you the outstanding receivables. You can filter it by using the filters highlighted in the red box below.
3. Partners - if you want to see only the Aged Receivables report of a specific Partner/s. Just click on Partners and add the specific partner.
4. Options: Unfold All - if you want to have a summary, do not check this option. But if you want a detailed Aged Receivables report, check this button to unfold all fields.
5. You can also,
i. Check the customer details by clicking "Open"
ii. check the details and the related transaction accordingly by clicking "Journal items"
iii. Reconcile a transaction by clicking "Reconcile"
Aged Payables Report
1. To run an Aged Payables Report, go to the Accounting Module > Reporting > Aged Payable
2. After clicking on the Aged Payables Report, you will see this page. It will show you the outstanding receivables. You can filter it by using the filters highlighted in the red box below.
3. Partners - if you want to see only the Aged Payables report of a specific Partner/s. Just click on Partners and add the specific partner.
4. Options: Unfold All - if you want to have a summary, do not check this option. But if you want a detailed Aged Receivables report, check this button to unfold all fields.
5. . You can also ,
i. check the Vendor details by clicking "Open"
ii. check the details and the related transaction accordingly by clicking "Journal items"
iii. Reconcile a transaction by clicking "Reconcile"
Partner Ledger
1. To run an Aged Payables Report, go to the Accounting Module > Reporting > Partner Ledger
2. After clicking on the Aged Payables Report, you will see this page. It will show you the outstanding receivables/ payables. You can filter it by using the filters highlighted in the red box below.
3. Account - Here you will have the option to view any of the following reports
i. Trade Payables
ii. Trade Receivables
iii. Non- Trade Payables
iv. Non- Trade Receivables
4. Partners - if you want to see only the report of a specific Partner/s. Just click on Partners and add the specific partner.
5. Options: Here you will have the following 03 filters
i. Include unposted entries - If you want to see only posted entries, do not check this option
ii. Only show unreconciled entries - If you want to see both reconciled & unreconciled entries, do not check this option
iii. Unfold all - if you want to have a summary, do not check this option.
6. You can also ,
i. check the partner details by clicking "Open"
ii. check the details and the related transaction accordingly by clicking "Journal items"
iii. Reconcile a transaction by clicking "Reconcile"
