Approving Expense Claims
Once an Expense Requests is submitted, you can approve it by going to Expense from the Dashboard.
he Employee Expenses screen allows you to view requests, with the ability to filter by:
- Status;
- Expense Category;
- Date Range;
- Employee;
- Location
Once you have the view of Expense Claims you are looking for you can:
Approve by clicking the green check buttons
Decline by clicking the red X button
Edit by clicking the blue pen button
or Delete by clicking the blue pen button.
