How to check the Photos taken

Live View displays real time clocking activities as well as photos taken by your employees real-time generated via WorkZone app ​.

Go to the Reports > Time and Attendance > Live View.


As soon as you click on the Live View page, you will be able to filter the list of employees by location and also you will right away may see the picture taken by the employees in the column of Picture.


To see the picture in bigger size just move your mouse cursor on the picture and automatically Oopay will widen the image taken by the employee. 



You will be able to identify the details of the image by looking into the "Status" column whether the image is for Clocked In or Clocked Out.


Aside from Live View report, the " Time Attendance" report is also helpful when you want to check the photos taken by your employees. 

Just go to Reports>Time and Attendance > Time Attendance.


Filter out the details of the employees whose photos you want to see. And click Run Report then you will be able to see it in the Image column.
