Alternative Holiday Leave
If an employee has had to work on a public holiday, an alternative holiday gives them a day off at another time. This article show how Alternative Holiday Leave accrues in Oopay.
First, ensure to setup the automation of Public Holiday.
Navigate to Payroll Setting > Advance Settings and tick the “Apply otherwise working day rules to all employees with default earnings” option under Public holiday automation.
Once it is setup, Alternative Holiday Leave will accrue once a work type or pay category is used in earning line of an employee in a payrun.
