Leave Accruals

leave accrue can be added in an unlocked pay run.

In VEC leave entitlement starts for an employee from the 6th month of joining

Click on the employee you wanted you want to add accrued leave.

Click on action and select accrue leave.

Do the required changes and save.

Alternative holiday leave- It is the alternative leave provided to an employee who worked during the public holiday.

Annual Holiday-This represents the annual holidays entitlement that kicks in upon the employee's entitlement period. When employees want to submit a leave request, this is the leave category they must use. 

Bereavement Leave- Bereavement leave is a type of leave policy that allows employees to take time off work after the death of a family member or friend. The amount and conditions of bereavement leave may vary depending on the employer and the state law.

Sick leave- Sick leave (or paid sick days or sick pay) is paid time off from work that workers can use to stay home to address their health needs without losing pay.
