Employee Roster Roles
How to create Roster Roles and assign it.
It's a useful feature to be able to add roles within the employee roster screen so that you can assign duties to employees' shifts and filter based on additional roles.
Roles are only used in employee rosters; they are not used in any other areas of the system. However, employees can see the role that has been assigned to them when they access the roster via the Portal or WorkZone.
Creating Roster Role
In the rostering module scroll down the side panel and you will see the roles
To add more roles click on EDIT
Once you click edit, roles menu will appear. Enter the roles and save
If you want to edit an existing go to edit roles click on the edit button beside the role and do the changes and save
If you want to delete a role go to edit role and click on the delete button beside the role and a confirmation message will pop up click delete in it the role will be deleted
