Employee Portal & Workzone App Settings

The Employee Portal settings will determine the employee workflow when using Workzone App and Oopay Employee Portal. 

Go to Payroll settings> Employee Portal Settings

Employee portal setting is also associated with the workzone app except for the clock in/ clock out as the employee portal has no access to the clock in/ clock out process. 

The employee portal settings can be customized according to the company settings 

As for the workzone app setting, you can enable/ disable capture employee photo when clock in / clock out

Then roster starting time and ending time can be setup

Once you enable  Send employee reminder notifications you can set up time for notify the employee if they delayed in clock in/ clock out

Once finished setting up click save.
