Access and manage your activities wherever you are in Odoo by clicking the appropriate Homepage Icon Shortcuts. 

Odoo's Chat Feature Shortcut: 

The first time you log in to your account, OdooBot sends you a message asking for permission to receive desktop notifications to chats. If accepted, you receive push notifications to the messages sent to you regardless of where you are in Odoo.

To start a chat, click on New Message, and you can start internally chatting to the Contact/User already within the system of your choice. (See HS&FI1)

Activities Scheduler:

Odoo's Activity Scheduler is your personal to-do list within Odoo, providing users access to schedule meetings, conversations, important date reminders, and much much more. 

Studio Mode [(Developer Mode) - Enabled Feature]:

This will be a Developer Mode Feature that allows the very limited Users who have access to it, change and to an extent customise Odoo's at a Configurations and Technical Data Level. For the general Odoo User, nothing to see here.  

User Account Shortcuts:

Odoo's Account Shortcuts provide Users a quick access tab to view Odoo Support Documentation, Online Support, Shortcuts Menu, User Preferences, their User Account, and the option to Log Out of the System.
