Creating a Sales Quotation and Send to the Customer

1.Navigate to Sales Module>Orders> Quotation

2.Click New.

3. Select a customer. All the customer related details will be auto populated from the customer contact card if the customer contact exists in Odoo. Fill in the quote expiration date.

Click on add a product to add a product

 

4. Click on other info. 

5. Click on the cloud button to save the quotation.

6. Click on the send quotation button to send the quotation by email to the customer. 

7.Click on send to send the mail to the customer.
