1. Navigate to the Inventory Module> Product>Product

2. Select the relevant product.

3.Click on Extra Prices

4. Click on New to add the Price rule

5. Add the Price Rule by filling the following details. 

Pricelist - Select the price list.

Applied On - Select the product.

Product Variant -Leave product Variant empty if you do not want the price rule set upon a particular variant. If you need the price rule for a particular variant, select the variant.

Min Quantity - Type the minimum quantity so that the price rule will come into effect when more products than the min quantity are selected.

Price - Type the Special Price.

Start Date - Type the Start Date. (Only relevant if a promotion is in place)

End Date - Enter the End Date. (Only relevant if a promotion is in place)

6. Click on Save.
