View, Edit & Save Personalized Dashboard
Here is an overview of the Accounting Module
1. To access all the accounting information, click on the Accounting Module.
2. You will be able to view the Accounting Dashboard.
In the accounting Dashboard, you will be able to see the following information.
- Banks
- Customer Invoices
- Customer Bills
- Clearing Accounts.
3. By Default, the filter applied is the favorite filter.
To change the filter, click on the filters icon and then change the filter accordingly.
4. To add a customized filter, you can use the "Add Custom Filter" option.
5. You can also group the journals by using the "Add Custom Group" under Group By.
6. If you would like to change the type of the journal, select the box and then drag it to the type.
7. To Save the filter for future use, click on favorites and click on Save Current Search. (Here you have the option to save it only for yourself or share the favorites to all users)
8. Add a Name for the Filter and then Click on Save
9. Under the Customers Menu, you will be able to view the following information
- Invoices
- Credit Notes
- Receipts
- Payments
- Batch Payments
- Follow-Up Reports
- Products
- Customers
10. Under the Vendors Menu, you will be able to see the following.
- Bills
- Refunds
- Receipts
- Payments
- Batch Payments
- Employee Expenses
- Products.
- Vendors
11. Under the Accounting Module, you will be able to see the following information.
- Journals
- Journal Entries
- Journal Items
- Management
- Automatic Transfers
- Analytic Items
- Budgets
- Assets
- Deferred Revenues
- Deferred Expenses.
- Actions
- Reconciliation
- Lock Dates.
12. Under the Reporting, you will be able to view all the reporting information.
13. Under the Configuration, you will be able to view all the configuration settings.
