How to run reports based on Analytic Accounts

1. Click on the Accounting Module 


2. Click on Reporting > Profit and Loss. 


3. To Group report based on analytic accounts, click on Analytic Group By > Accounts. 


4. Select the account you would like to group and compare


5. Once you add the Analytic group by accounts, the report will get updated based on the accounts




6. If you would like to filter the analytic group by field by plan, click on the drop down arrow and filter by plans. Once you add the plan, the report will get updated accordingly. 


7. If you would like to view the report for any analytic account solely then you can use the Analytic filter,  click on the Analytic filter and select the relevant analytic account which you need to view.



8. Once the filter has been applied the report will be updated accordingly. 


Note: While creating a transaction if you miss to provide the relevant analytic account, you may experience some differences among the final balance and total of analytic account balance/s during viewing the report with mentioned filters/ groups.
