1.Navigate to Sales Module>Orders> Orders

2.Open a sales order.

3. Click on a sales order.

4. Click on cancel

5. Click on the cancel button to just cancel the sales order.

Click on the send and cancel button to send the mail to the customer informing them about the order cancellation then cancel the sales order.

6. Click on action>delete to delete the canceled sales order.
