How to view the dashboard

ooPay Dashboard / Home Page

ooPay Dashboard will give you a quick overview of your payroll for the year, action items that you may need to review, employee details, and some quick shortcuts to perform specific tasks.

If you click on the Suitcase Icon (Business) in the Navigation menu, you can see Home, Payroll Settings, Super Payments, and Add new business options in the dropdown list. 




Home Page

Click on the Navigation menu >  Business > Home.

You will see the Total Pay Cost and other payroll data for the year such as Net pay, PAYG, Superannuation, and deduction details.



In 
Action Items, you can review the action items and action them if applicable.

You can see the New Pay Run button on the upper right-hand part of the screen.



In the lower part of the dashboard window, you would see a few tabs as illustrated below.





Employees

Here, you will see the list of employees, and job title, employment type, pay schedule, and last paid details for respective employees.

You can see two buttons on the upper right-hand side of the Employees tab: manage employees and add employees.

  • Manage Employees - If you click on the manage employees tab, you will see a dropdown list. There are three main sections in the list: timesheets, leave, and misc. Under the timesheets, there are options to create timesheets, import, and approve timesheets. You can create, and manage leave requests, and view the calendar under the Leave section.  Rostering, expense. and Notifications are under the Misc section. 

(Please note that certain tasks you will be only doing in Employment Hero and you do not have to do them in ooPay. Eg : Creating Timesheets)

  • Add Employees - If you click the Add Employees button, you can see the Start Employee Self Set upImport Employees, and Export Employees options in the dropdown list. (Please note that you will not be adding any employees in ooPay as all the new employees will be pushed to ooPay from Employment Hero.



Pay Runs

If you click on the pay runs tab, you can see the current pay run information.


Approved Leave

You can view the approved leaves for the month in this section.





To manage leaves, click on the Manage Leave button on the top right-hand side.




Reports  

In this section, you can view several reports for payroll, employee, time & attendance, ATO reporting, and report packs.


Payroll Settings 

 In this tab, you can see the quick link to business settings, pay run settings, business management, pay conditions, and advanced settings.
