How to apply & remove an approved Leave to/from a Payrun

How to Apply a leave to a Payrun

Before applying leave into a pay run make sure the approved leave has been pushed to ooPay. Then, 
Navigate to Pay Run


Select an existing unfinalized Pay Run or you may create a new to apply the leave.


Click the Leave Request tab and you will be able to see the approved leave that you may apply.




You may click Apply if you want to apply it to the payslip. Also, you may select Mark as applied manually if you just want to tag this as "Applied" if you have applied this manually through the Actions button in the payslip, by doing this it won't affect the any values.

If there are multiple leave to be applied, please click Bulk Apply.




Once Apply is clicked, you may edit certain details of the leave. You may change date/s and units/hours. Once done click Apply Leave.



If you open the payslip, you will be able to see the leave is applied.



How to remove an approved leave from a Payrun

 
Open an existing unfinalized pay run.



Select the employee's payslip where you have applied a leave. Unfold the details by clicking the arrow.
 

In Leave Taken section, click the X button to remove it.



Click Delete to confirm



Now the applied leave is removed. You may make changes in the leave request if necessary.
